Wrath of the Soulflayer Location, Word of Warcraft Wrath of the Lich King Classic Where is Wrath of the Soulflayer in Stranglethorn for Well Read Achievement
The long centuries following the Great Sundering of the world were difficult ones for the troll race. Famine and terror were commonplace within the broken kingdoms. The Gurubashi trolls, driven to desperate ends, sought aid from ancient, mystical forces. Though both of the troll kingdoms shared a central belief in a great pantheon of primitive gods, the Gurubashi fell under the sway of the darkest one. Hakkar the Soulflayer, a vile, bloodthirsty spirit, heard the trolls' call and decided to aid them. Hakkar gave his secrets of blood to the Gurubashi and helped them extend their civilization across most of Stranglethorn Vale and certain islands of the South Seas. Though he brought them great power, Hakkar wanted more and more for his efforts. The bloodthirsty god demanded souls be sacrificed to him daily. He dreamed of gaining access to the physical world so he could devour the blood of all mortal creatures. In time the Gurubashi realized what kind of creature they had courted with and turned against him. The strongest tribes rose up against Hakkar and his loyal priests the Atal'ai. The terrible war that ensued between Hakkar's followers and the rest of the Gurubashi tribes is spoken of only in whispers. The budding empire was shattered by the magic unleashed between the angry god and his rebel children. Just as the battle seemed most hopeless, the trolls succeeded in destroying Hakkar's avatar and banishing him from the world. Even his Atal'ai priests were eventually driven from the capital of Zul'Gurub and forced to survive in the uncharted swamplands to the north. Within those shadowy fens they built a great temple to their fallen god Atal'Hakkar where they could continue to do their master's work... The rest of the Gurubashi tribes went their separate ways after the great civil war had left their lands in ruins. The Skullsplitter, Bloodscalp and Darkspear tribes set off to claim their own lands within the vast jungles of Stranglethorn. Though a fragile peace had settled over the broken empire, some spoke of a prophecy that Hakkar would one day be reborn into the world and on that day he would consume it whole. In September of 2005, the infamous Corrupted Blood plague swept through World of Warcraft and quickly became a full-blown a virtual pandemic. The epidemic began with the introduction of Hakkar the Soulflayer who when attacked would cast a hit point-draining debuff called "Corrupted Blood" on players. While the spell, was supposed to only last for a few seconds and function only within the new area of Zul'Gurub, an oversight by the developers allowed pets and minions to take the affliction out of the raid zone. Each Priest was a powerful champion of the Primal Gods, but despite their best efforts they fell under the sway of Hakkar. Now the High Priests and their Primal God aspects feed the awesome power of the Soulflayer. Any adventurers brave enough to venture into the foreboding ruins must overcome the High Priests if they are to have any hope of confronting the mighty blood god. ❖ High Priestess Jeklik : 0:16 High Priest Jeklik is the High Priest of the Primal Jungle Loa Hir'eek, the Bat. Originally sent to defeat Hakkar within the ancient city of Zul’Gurub she became enslaved to the Blood God Hakkar and would be forced to empower the Loa she and her companions were sent to destroy. ❖ High Priest Venoxis : 2:31 High Priest Venoxis is the High Priest of the Primal Jungle Loa Hethiss, the Snake. It was through the prowess of Jin’do and the deceit of Yeh'kinya that the ‘Blood God’ Hakkar the Soulflayer was summoned into Azeroth within the Gurubashi capital of Zul’Gurub. ❖ Hakkar the Soulflayer : 18:50 The Atal’lai tribe who were reverent worshippers of the ‘Blood God’ Hakkar tried to summon the Loa into Azeroth but were thwarted by the other tribes of the jungle trolls and hunted nearly to extinction. Millenia later through the efforts of Jin'do the Hexxer and the surviving Atal'ai tribe Hakkar the Soulflayer has been successfully summoned into Azeroth to feed on the souls of its inhabitants. ❖ Ascension WoW Project Ascension is a Classless game that allows you to imagine and build the character of your dreams. Jank Combo deck TIME, Lets take this bad boy thru a LEAGUE! Lets take a look at the Soulflayer Combo. So the objective is to dump a bunch of creatures with Keywords abilities on them into your graveyard, play soulflayer with it's delve ability to eat all of said creatures. THEN, swing at your opponents face until they fall down, because having a 4/4 creature with all the keyword abilities = best creature in magic! Repeat until you win the game. Now this is more of a Aggro Combo deck as you do not just win the game once you manage to play a soulflayer, but it is also better then most 2 card combos, it's more like a 1 card combo that gets better with more cards.
