* (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Indianapolis, Indiana — On September 22, 2023, at approximately 9:05 p.m., Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Officers were called to the 2200 block of South Shelby Street in response to an armed robbery of a Dollar General. IMPD says they were conducting a serial robbery investigation on 27-year-old Ricktez Williams. Detectives observed Williams enter a store and exit the store with a bag. According to police, it was confirmed with a store employee that an armed robbery had just occurred. Police said they then witnessed Williams get into a car with a female driver. SWAT officers then responded to the area where the armed robbery reportedly took place and located the suspect vehicle, identified as a Silver Buick Lesabre in the 600 block of South Missouri Street. The SWAT officers then attempted to conduct a pursuit prevention technique on the vehicle, which police said was being operated by a woman police identified as 25-year-old Eriana Morris. The officers deployed a grappler device and successfully subdued the vehicle. As officers deployed the grappler device, it appears Williams points a gun out of the passenger window and fires multiple shots at the officers' cars. After Williams fired at officers, three officers returned fire at Williams and Morris. As officers approached Morris, she could be heard telling them that she was pregnant. Williams and the Morris were both transported to the hospital in critical condition. Williams later died at the hospital. Morris was later charged with armed robbery for her alleged role in the incident. Officers recovered the gun that Williams used to fire at officers, which police say was reported as stolen in 2022. No officers were injured during the incident. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - Samuel Martinez - Maciej Jarzebowski - Lynn Boyer - 'MortimerEsq' - 'Monty' - 'tsai88' - Exus Altimus - Mateusz Adam Katana - 'Dawesenm' - William Bowman - Paul Rohrbaugh - Tavia S - Sandra McGreevy - Charlie Collier - 'Krazy KZ' - Koby Bland - Christopher Payne - Zach Williams - Michael R Sheffield - Rich Biggs - 'JTrip' - Lee Roberts - Brant Eaton - 'General X' - 'jadeennff' - James Pringle - 'AccuShoot.com' - Meighan Garrick - 'Sopaul' - Lisa Overly - Connor Davies - 'Necko' - Gerardo Flores - Anthony Eufemio - 'Donkbot' - Gage Kissinger - Eian Smith - 'HelloDarknessMyOldFriend' - 'coco Coco' ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Support us at BuyMeACoffee: 🤍 Support us on Patreon: 🤍 Follow us on Twitter: 🤍 🛍️ Check out our Amazon store: 🤍 🛍️ Disclosure: Please note that we will receive a small commission from purchases made through our Amazon store. A police firearms officer became emotional in court as he described how he thought he “was going to die” when a gun owner allegedly plotting a school shooting ran at him with a pistol. Police body-worn cameras captured the moment Reed Wischhusen, 32, was shot three times by officers as he “rushed” at them down the stairs of his home after they had shouted at him “not to do something silly”. A trial was told that Wischhusen, a warehouse worker from the village of Wick St Lawrence in North Somerset, had been stockpiling “a small armoury” of homemade firearms, ammunition and explosives with a plan to carry out a mass shooting and bombing of his old primary school, a police headquarters and his workplace. * (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Queens, New York — On Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at approximately 3:21 p.m., Police Officer Anthony Rock and his partner, Police Officer Brett Boller, both assigned to patrol in the 103rd Precinct and attired in uniform, were standing on a foot-post in front of 160-07 Jamaica Avenue when they were flagged down by the driver of a MTA bus. The driver requested their assistance for a physical altercation that was occurring on the bus. As the officers approached the bus, the front door opened and 22-year-old Devin Spraggins exited. With their attention directed to Spraggins by civilian witnesses and the bus driver, the officers attempted to speak with him to investigate the incident on the bus. Spraggins, however, shoved Police Officer Boller and fled on foot toward 161st Street. The officers pursued Spraggins on foot onto 161st Street, where, in front of 90-23 161st Street, Police Officer Boller caught up with him and a physical struggle ensued. During the struggle with Police Officer Boller, Spraggins produced a firearm and discharged it, striking the officer in the right groin. Spraggins then pointed the firearm at Police Officer Boller before fleeing the scene on foot. Ballistic evidence recovered from the scene revealed that Spraggins discharged at least one shot from his firearm. As Spraggins fled the scene, he turned to Police Officer Rock and pointed the firearm in his direction. As a result, Police Officer Rock discharged two shots from his service firearm. Spraggins was not struck by the gunfire and continued to flee the location on foot. Police Officer Boller was transported from the scene to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center where he was treated for a gunshot wound to his right groin. Spraggins was subsequently apprehended without incident. For his actions, Spraggins was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder in the First Degree (of a Police Officer), Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, Assault in the First Degree, Aggravated Assault Upon a Police Officer, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree (loaded firearm), Menacing a Police Officer, and related charges. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - Samuel Martinez - Maciej Jarzebowski - Lynn Boyer - 'MortimerEsq' - 'Monty' - 'tsai88' - Exus Altimus - Mateusz Adam Katana - 'Dawesenm' - William Bowman - Paul Rohrbaugh - Tavia S - Sandra McGreevy - Charlie Collier - 'Krazy KZ' - Koby Bland - Christopher Payne - Zach Williams - Michael R Sheffield - Rich Biggs - 'JTrip' - Lee Roberts - Brant Eaton - 'General X' - 'jadeennff' - James Pringle - 'AccuShoot.com' - Meighan Garrick - 'Sopaul' - Lisa Overly - Connor Davies - 'Necko' - Gerardo Flores - Anthony Eufemio - 'Donkbot' - Gage Kissinger - Eian Smith - 'HelloDarknessMyOldFriend' - 'coco Coco' ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Support us at BuyMeACoffee: 🤍 Support us on Patreon: 🤍 Follow us on Twitter: 🤍 🛍️ Check out our Amazon store: 🤍 🛍️ Disclosure: Please note that we will receive a small commission from purchases made through our Amazon store. * (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Roy, Utah — On July 7, 2023, at 7:16p.m., the Roy police department received a call about a male at an apartment complex, armed with several firearms. Additionally, it was reported that his mother was inside the apartment attempting to negotiate with him. Responding officers were informed that the individual inside the apartment, 40-year-old Steven Kirkman had several firearms including a rifle. Officers were concerned about the safety of the other occupants in this apartment complex including several families who were occupying the pool which was next to and below this particular apartment. More officers responded to the scene, including a supervisor. Several family members arrived at the scene. An officer attempted along with the family to negotiate with Steven. This transpired over several hours. Steven Kirkman returned to his apartment. He then came out hours later to retrieve the shotgun that he had left outside prior in the evening. Based on Steven Kirkman’s continued threats on scene, the commanders became concerned that if officers left the area it could further endanger the lives of persons in the apartment complex. Steven Kirkman came out on the balcony armed with a shotgun. Kirkman racked the shotgun and then pointed it at the officers below him. Two officers fired their weapons. Due to the distance and officers taking cover behind vehicles, there is no video of the actual shooting, only audio. Officers went to the apartment and forced entry, medical personnel was already on the scene, and life-saving measures were taken which were deemed unsuccessful. Steven Kirkman was pronounced dead at the scene. Steven Kirkman was armed with a pump-style shotgun. Inside the apartment, officers also located a handgun, rifle, and a fully loaded shotgun. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - Lisa Hunt - Christopher Payne - 'Bad Drivers Of The NorCal Area' - Juan Villagomez - Leonardo Buzzolan - Zach Williams - Michael R Sheffield - Jacopo Di Taddeo - Rich Biggs - 'Ham_Radio' - 'D. * (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Los Angeles, California — On November 01, 2023, around 7:45 p.m., Topanga Division uniformed officers responded to a radio call of an “Assault with a Deadly Weapon, suspect there now,” in the parking lot, located in the 23300 block of Avenue San Luis. The suspect, later identified as 35-year-old Benjamin Pritchard, was armed with a machete and struck a victim several times causing minor injuries. During the attack, Pritchard dropped the machete and produced a knife, causing the victim to run away. The officers arrived on scene and observed Pritchard in the parking lot, holding a knife. Pritchard ran from the officers, who broadcast a back-up request. The officers continued to follow Pritchard in their vehicle, they observed Pritchard now armed with a glass bottle along with a knife. Officers made several attempts to detain him and gave directions to Pritchard to drop the bottle and knife. Pritchard continued to flee on foot. Officers followed Pritchard, who was still armed with a knife and bottle, heading towards a nearby restaurant. Officers utilized their Public Address System to direct community members to shelter in place, as Pritchard ran into a parking lot of a restaurant. Officers continued to verbalize with Pritchard who refused to comply, resulting in two TASER deployments. The first was ineffective and the second TASER deployment resulted in Pritchard falling to the ground, causing him to break the bottle in his possession. Pritchard, still armed with the knife, stood up, and ran inside the restaurant outdoor seating area. Numerous patrons were still inside the restaurant. Pritchard turned towards the officers holding up the knife and an Officer-Involved Shooting (OIS) occurred. Pritchard was struck by gunfire and fell to the ground. Pritchard was taken into custody without further incident and an officer rendered medical aid until rescue ambulance arrived. Pritchard sustained gunshot wounds and was transported by Los Angeles Fire Department rescue ambulance to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Pritchard was positively identified by Representatives from the Coroner’s office. Notifications to Pritchard’s next of kin were made. A machete was recovered at the original call location and the knife was recovered at the OIS scene. No officers or other community members were injured during this incident. Force Investigation Division (FID) investigators responded to the scene and are investigating this incident. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - Lynn Boyer - 'MortimerEsq' - 'Monty' - Exus Altimus - Mateusz Adam Katana - 'Dawesenm' - William Bowman - Paul Rohrbaugh - Sandra McGreevy - 'Krazy KZ' - Koby Bland - Christopher Payne - Zach Williams - Michael R Sheffield - Rich Biggs - 'JTrip' - Lee Roberts - Brant Eaton - 'General X' - 'jadeennff' - James Pringle - 'AccuShoot.com' - Meighan Garrick - 'Sopaul' - Lisa Overly - Connor Davies - 'Necko' - Gerardo Flores - Anthony Eufemio - 'Donkbot' - Gage Kissinger - Eian Smith - 'HelloDarknessMyOldFriend' - 'coco Coco' ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Support us at BuyMeACoffee: 🤍 Support us on Patreon: 🤍 Follow us on Twitter: 🤍 🛍️ Check out our Amazon store: 🤍 🛍️ Disclosure: Please note that we will receive a small commission from purchases made through our Amazon store. The terror on George Floyd's face as a rookie cop points a gun at his head while he sits in his car can be seen today for the first time. DailyMail.com has exclusively obtained video from the bodycams of officers Thomas Lane and Alex Kueng, who were part of Floyd's fatal arrest on Memorial Day in Minneapolis. Floyd died after Officer Derek Chauvin kneeled on his neck for nine minutes on May 25. The tapes show in minute detail how Floyd begs 'Mr. Officer, please don't shoot me. Please man,' before the struggle that ended with his death. It also shows how Floyd resisted as the cops tried to force him into the back of the car, telling them he suffers from claustrophobia and anxiety. The video begins with Lane knocking on Floyd's car window with a flashlight and once Floyd opens the door, Lane pulls out his gun and points it at Floyd's head. Floyd, 46, begs him not to shoot, saying: ''I'll look at you eye-to-eye. Please don't shoot me man. I just lost my mom, man'. He sobs as the officers pull him out of the car and handcuff him, as his ex suggests he was undergoing mental problems and was afraid of police. After the struggle to get Floyd in the cop car, he is suddenly on the sidewalk with Chauvin's knee on his neck. Floyd says he can't breathe numerous times and calls for his 'momma' but his voice slowly gets weaker as his life drains away, even saying 'I'll probably just die this way'. The City of Uvalde released edited bodycam footage from seven different law enforcement officials on Sunday, highlighting the confusion and inaction at the scene. In total, 376 law enforcement officers — a force larger than the garrison that defended the Alamo — descended upon the school in a chaotic, uncoordinated scene that lasted for more than an hour. The group was devoid of clear leadership, basic communications and sufficient urgency to take down the gunman, the report says. Notably, the investigation is the first so far to criticize the inaction of state and federal law enforcement, while other reports and public accounts by officials have placed the blame squarely on Uvalde school police Chief Pete Arredondo, for his role as incident commander, and other local police who were among the first to arrive. * (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Louisville, Kentucky — On Monday, April 10, 2023, the Louisville Metro Police officers were dispatched at a bank in Kentucky's largest city at 8:38 a.m., and arrived within three minutes. Immediately upon their arrival, shots were fired at them from the lobby area of the bank, before they had even exited their vehicles. By the time the officers arrived at the scene, the shooter had already killed victims inside the bank, but had returned to the lobby to wait in "ambush," which is when he opened fire on the officers. The shooter, identified as 25-year-old Connor Sturgeon, was a bank employee. Video released by police shows Officer Nickolas Wilt and Officer Cory Galloway, arriving on scene. As Wilt and Officer Galloway, his training officer, make their way up the stairs toward the gunfire, Wilt is struck by gunfire from the shooter. Galloway drops and rolls back down the stairs. He hides behind a wall of concrete trying to find a vantage point to neutralize the shooter. While officers attempted to retrieve Wilt to render medical aid, the shooter continued to fire upon the police. While shooting at officers, the suspect broke out a glass window. It was that action that allowed Galloway to determine the suspect's location, and he was able to shoot and kill the gunman.Galloway then calls for fellow officers to rescue the wounded Wilt. On the 24th of July 2021, police approached two people on a park bench at Victoria Park in Camperdown. Police were conducting Covid-19 lockdown compliance within the area; during this period in Sydney, a person was allowed to go outside and 'exercise', but only in their own Local Government Area (LGA.) Mask compliance was also in place at this time in any area, inside or out. The footage shows 31-year-old Edwin Paz and another unknown person sitting down during his conversation with police. He told officers to "stop talking to me.” “Are you trying to intimidate me,” he asked the arresting officer. “I do not consent to talk with you; I haven’t entered into a contract with ya, so stop speaking with me.” A Rally 4 Freedom protest was held in Sydney earlier that day as the virus spread rapidly, and the Harbor City was under strict stay-at-home orders and mask mandates. Paz refused to cooperate with the police, telling them, “I can’t hear you.” Finally, the officer tells Paz to “get up and leave or I’ll arrest you.” “Are you trying to intimidate me?” Paz asks. “I do not agree to talk to you, I have not made a contract with you, so do not speak to me again.” Paz then asked the officer what crime had been committed. The officer replied, “If you’re not within your local LGA (local government area) or not exercising, you’re not in a public place with a reasonable excuse.” It later transpired that Paz was out of LGA from Smithfield in western Sydney. Paz said he didn’t have to wear a mask but didn’t want to present an exemption, which was another reason for being arrested. He said, “I am free to do as I please; I am a free man.” The other officer then spoke up and told Paz to get up so he could be handcuffed, while the first officer said they didn’t want to use force. But they did resort to violence when Paz continued to refuse to cooperate. When the police arrested him, you heard him say, ‘Don’t you dare f touch me’, and he slapped one of the officers. After he was finally handcuffed, one of the officers said, “We’re in control here,” while Paz can be heard saying, “I can’t breathe.” He was then told that he had also been arrested for police assault. Paz calls the officers “f criminal c*s” after being handcuffed. Paz was charged with 4 offences and fronted court on the 9 of November 2022, where he pleaded not guilty to the four charges but was found guilty by 'Special Fixture'. A special fixture is where hearings are used when attempts at settlement have failed and more time is required to hear the case. The hearing is set for a specific length of time where the issues in dispute will be finally determined and a decision made. NCAT (NSW) On the 22nd of November 2022 at Downing Centre Local Court, Paz was convicted and sentenced to a 12-month community corrections order (CCO) for resisting an officer and an 18-month CCO for assaulting an officer. And he was also fined $2000 for not wearing a face mask and not complying with a Covid direction. NYB (2022) Sources: Article: By William 🤍 NCAT FACTSHEET New South Wales 🤍
