I've been teaching in the K-12 sector with the Internet in blended learning formats since 1993. I am grateful to my students for trusting me to try things out, so I can learn, improve, and share my knowledge and skills with other teachers. I would not be where I am today without you guys. I have been working as an admin of Moodle sites and teaching online with Moodle since 2003. Moodle has changed quite a bit in the past 17 years, but because I am constantly upgrading sites to the latest Moodle versions and teaching online with Moodle, I get a lot of hands-on practice. I'd like to share that knowledge with you.

Daren Welsh 🤍 The Enterprise MediaWiki Conference Spring 2018, or EMWCon Spring 2018, will be held March 21-23 in Houston, TX. EMWCon is a three-day conference featuring discussions of topics related to "Enterprise MediaWiki", i.e. the usage of MediaWiki software by and within companies, non-profits, governments, and other organizations. The intended audience of EMWCon Spring 2018 is anyone who uses, or would like to learn more about, MediaWiki within organizations. This is the third EMWCon. EMWCon began as a spinoff of the Semantic MediaWiki Conference, or SMWCon, which is an annual conference held each fall in Europe. EMWCon and SMWCon are both three-day conferences with similar topics of discussion, though EMWCon has a broader scope.

In this episode, Abel sits down with Dipendra Namdeo to talk more about the Azure DevOps Wiki. As developers, we have special needs when it comes to wiki’s and documentation. Specifically, we often have our documentation sit next to our source code in our repos, allowing us to version our documentation along with our source code. This developer-specific workflow is totally supported by Azure DevOps Wiki. Dipendra walks us through this developer focused workflow on this episode of DevOps Lab. In this video, Vaughn Stewart discusses a few key concepts to making your pages richer and more highly integrated into Wikipedia. Primarily, this means adding images to your page and more linksboth on your page and to your page. Additionally, you should be careful to ensure that you don't accidentally create an undue weight issue by giving incredibly in-depth research in one area but little to no research in others.
