All that does is amplify your energy, i can't do what they say they can with the mirror but through meditation and emptying the mind I'm able to enter a dream like state, like a lucid dream, I'm able to fly, explore the universe but its hard to achieve and i cant always get there, anyways my experiences are similar in the fact that i have felt the light headedness, the fear, the not being alone, the weightlessness, and have felt other presences, good and bad, i was scared for the longest time but when i learned to instill calmness in the moments of fear and accept it only then did i transcend, in those moments you almost feel electrifying, i beleiev theres more to this i just haven't got farther yet, as for these mirrors im not sure but im interested and i beleieve its possible to do these things cos i feel i have come close on my own, whether these mirrors actually do as they claim they do is uncertain.
